Maryland City home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Maryland City rose by $73,500 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,500 - a 29.4% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Maryland City in March 2017.
