Arnold home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Arnold rose by $44,000 while total sales increased by 39.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,500 - a 14.5% increase over the $302,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Arnold in September 2016.
