Lake Shore home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Lake Shore rose by $43,950 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,950 - a 13.5% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Lake Shore in September 2016.
