Lake Shore home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Lake Shore fell by $7,951 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,500 - a 2.6% decrease over the $310,451 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Lake Shore in August 2016.
