Severn home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Severn rose by $7,600 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $327,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Severn in August 2016.
