Annapolis home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Annapolis rose by $35,145 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,145 - a 10.3% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Annapolis in August 2016.
