Maryland City home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Maryland City rose by $10,450 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,450 - a 3.4% increase over the $307,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Maryland City in July 2016.
