Lake Shore home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Lake Shore rose by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $314,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Lake Shore in July 2016.
