Mayo home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Mayo fell by $2,400 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,500 - a 0.6% decrease over the $399,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Mayo in July 2016.
