Annapolis Neck home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Annapolis Neck rose by $106,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 26 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 22.5% increase over the $473,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in July 2016, as well.
