Annapolis home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Annapolis rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $345,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Annapolis in June 2016.
