Mayo home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Mayo rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $489,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mayo in June 2016.
