Annapolis home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Annapolis rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Annapolis in May 2016.
