Lake Shore home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Lake Shore fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,500 - a 6.6% decrease over the $279,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Lake Shore in April 2016.
