Severn home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Severn rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 32.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $257,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Severn in March 2016.
