Annapolis home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Annapolis rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 9.2% increase over the $304,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Annapolis in March 2016.
