Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $30,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 171 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 171 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
