Travilah home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Travilah rose by $51,140 while total sales remained unchanged with 38 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,068,640 - a 5% increase over the $1,017,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Travilah in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
