Hydes home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Hydes fell by $45,650 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,850 - a 16.1% decrease over the $283,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hydes in the first quarter of 2017.
