Freeland home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Freeland fell by $50,500 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 15.3% decrease over the $330,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Freeland in the first quarter of 2017.
