White Marsh home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in White Marsh rose by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,250 - a 3.7% increase over the $331,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in White Marsh in the first quarter of 2017.
