Woodstock home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Woodstock fell by $49,620 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,000 - a 12.1% decrease over the $411,620 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Woodstock in the first quarter of 2017.
