Upper Falls home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Upper Falls rose by $227,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $469,500 - a 93.6% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Upper Falls in the first quarter of 2017, as well.
