Glen Arm home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Glen Arm rose by $50,750 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $477,500 - a 11.9% increase over the $426,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Glen Arm in the first quarter of 2017.
