Randallstown home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Randallstown rose by $16,857 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,950 - a 9.2% increase over the $183,093 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Randallstown in the fourth quarter of 2016.
