White Hall home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in White Hall rose by $16,950 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $354,450 - a 5% increase over the $337,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in White Hall in the fourth quarter of 2016.
