Cockeysville home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Cockeysville fell by $60,500 while total sales increased by 37.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 16.6% decrease over the $365,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Cockeysville in the third quarter of 2016.
