Lochearn home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Lochearn rose by $6,443 while total sales increased by 19.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 3.9% increase over the $163,558 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Lochearn in the second quarter of 2016.
