Sparrows Point home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Sparrows Point fell by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 17.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 7% decrease over the $199,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Sparrows Point in the second quarter of 2016.
