White Hall home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in White Hall fell by $51,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,750 - a 12.1% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in White Hall in the second quarter of 2016.
