Dundalk (Baltimore city County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Dundalk in Baltimore city County fell by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 30% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Dundalk in the second quarter of 2016.
