Severn home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Severn rose by $14,230 while total sales decreased by 17.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,500 - a 4.8% increase over the $297,270 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Severn in the first quarter of 2017.
