Herald Harbor home prices unchanged in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Herald Harbor was unchanged while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000. There were 13 homes sold in Herald Harbor in the first quarter of 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $315,000.
