Briarwood home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Briarwood fell by $5,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Briarwood in the first quarter of 2017, as well.
