Crownsville home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Crownsville rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $745,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $725,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Crownsville in the first quarter of 2017.
