Ferndale home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Ferndale rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 19.7% increase over the $188,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Ferndale in the third quarter of 2016.
