Maryland City home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Maryland City fell by $7,750 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,250 - a 2.6% decrease over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Maryland City in the third quarter of 2016.
