Lake Shore home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Lake Shore rose by $5,050 while total sales decreased by 9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $314,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Lake Shore in the third quarter of 2016.
