Arnold home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Arnold fell by $4,500 while total sales increased by 20.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $346,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Arnold in the third quarter of 2016.
