Cape St. Claire home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Cape St. Claire fell by $1,950 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $354,250 - a 0.5% decrease over the $356,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the third quarter of 2016.
