Dulls Corner home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Dulls Corner fell by $250,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 31.3% decrease over the $800,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dulls Corner in the third quarter of 2016.
