Pasadena home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Pasadena fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 149 homes sold in Pasadena in the second quarter of 2016.
