Lake Shore home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Lake Shore fell by $27,704 while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 9.6% decrease over the $289,704 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Lake Shore in the second quarter of 2016.
