Deale home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Deale fell by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $292,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Deale in the second quarter of 2016.
