Annapolis home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Annapolis fell by $9,000 while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 210 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 2.6% decrease over the $349,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 199 homes sold in Annapolis in the second quarter of 2016.
