Edgewater home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Edgewater rose by $7,450 while total sales remained unchanged with 73 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,900 - a 2.3% increase over the $327,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Edgewater in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
