Woods Landing home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Woods Landing fell by $6,450 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,800 - a 1.7% decrease over the $386,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Woods Landing in the second quarter of 2016.
