Rose Haven home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Rose Haven fell by $112,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,500 - a 35.7% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Rose Haven in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
