Herald Harbor home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Herald Harbor rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Herald Harbor in the first quarter of 2016.
