Mayo home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mayo rose by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $394,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Mayo in the first quarter of 2016.
